It is important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly exchange your item for another. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All items should be returned in the condition they were received in and clothing items should be unwashed and unworn.

If you need to exchange an item, please email us at customerservice@cuclothing.com. Remember to include your order number and the reason for the exchange. Once we receive your item, we will process your exchange. You are responsible for the shipping charges when sending back an item for exchange. We recommend using the United States Postal Service. Their rates are very affordable and they also offer tracking and shipping confirmations. All exchanges are shipped back to you using standard ground delivery.

We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.

If your order has been sent in different parcels then each shipping note will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the shipping notes from each part of your order to make sure you're not missing anything.

If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Care team with the order number and the missing item's name and number. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can to resolve it for you.
